Policy Committee Meeting


The spring 2004 Policy Committee Meeting is scheduled for 25-26 October in Arlington, Virginia at the National Science Foundation.

Please note: The meeting on October 25 is in room 730 in the Stafford I building, and the meeting on October 26 is in room 770 in the Stafford I building.

For those of you who will be traveling here are the current travel procedures:

Flight Arrangements:

UCAR's travel agent is Kris Marwitz, she can be reached at (303) 449.9050 ext. 1446 or by e-mail at krism@bouldertravel.com. You can book airfare through her. Airfare for committee members will be direct billed to Unidata.

Rental Car:

Boulder Travel will also arrange a rental car for you if needed. This will also be direct billed to Unidata for all of our committee members. UCAR's insurance policy covers our travelers' auto insurance for business travel. You will be responsible for insurance for any personal travel associated with the trip. Please do not accept insurance for business travel from the rental company; we cannot reimburse additional auto insurance. For more details, please see Unidata's travel web page.
