Windows XP version of GEMPAK

Hello,

Has anybody tried to port gempak to Windows XP yet? I just want lightning
display but there doesn't seem to be any software for Windows to plot NLDN
files. Maybe the program that plots lightning data inside the NMAP2 gui
can be compiled on XP.
