Converting GINI & GRIB2 files to ASCII

Hello,
I'm currently ingesting radar data (i.e., 1km/n0r) in GINI format and model data (i.e., 80 km GFS 211) in GRIB2 format on LDM. I'm interested in converting my GINI and GRIB2 files to ASCII, but I'm having some trouble in this area. Therefore, does anybody have any suggestions on how I can do this?
