I'm still running gribmaster4.2 (and GEMPAK 5.11.1: works fine -- so
no changing!) and need to update the configuration file from the old
RUC2 to the new RAP.
The lines in the config file are:
SERVERS=NCEP:/pub/data/nccf/com/ruc/prod/ruc2a.YYMD/ruc2.tCCz.pgrbfFF.grib2
SERVERS=TOC:/SL.us008001/ST.opnl/MT.ruc_CY.CC/RD.YYMD/PT.grid_DF.gr2/fh.00FF_tl.press_gr.us40km
Focusing on the NCEP, I see that the "rap" directory contains a couple
of file naming possibilities:

It's not obvious what the differences are in the various files.
Which file(s) should I be using in the configuration file?
