[gembud] Plotting Convective Area Outlook

Could someone briefly walk me through the process to plot  Convective Area 
Outlines? I'm assuming I'd be using GPMAP; I looked through the support 
archives and found  this:

However, I'm not sure if it still applies and/or if there is a better way to 
proceed.  Thanks in advance for any guidance,
