[gembud] make targets failing (solved)

Saw a reference to netCDF when I Googled one of the error messages. Had it
installed, but to be safe, I grabbed any package remotely related to netCDF
and installed them. Recompiled from the beginning and now gempak is
running. Boo-yah.
