Hi Chris....

And welcome to the IDV mailing list!

Once you have used the Data Chooser to point at your GRIB file, then
in the Field Selector under "3D grid", pick the "Derived" tree and
select "Sounding Data....".  Pick your times and you're good to
go....drag the marker around on the map to change location, use the
animation buttons in the "Display control" (where the Skew-T is
displayed).

Only one word of caution -- since this will cause all the data to be
read, you may have a memory issue....if so, then in the Field
Selector, lower right panel ick the "Region" tab and make a smaller
box (uncheck "use default" then 'drag' the mouse to make the box)
_before_ you "Create Display" (which is when the data are read).
