I suspect that this is the case.  Our NOAAPORT box
is only a single CPU 400MHz PII.  It is pretty
taxed.  This could be the problem.

We got the AVN 213 grid to 120 hours.  So it was sent.

BTW, we are experiencing problems with the amount of data flow on
NOAAPORT.  The additional model and NIDS data is overtaxing our 4-port
NOAAPORT system and I'm working on this.  I have resolved most of the
problem on our end but it may be affecting other NOAAPORT systems.  I
wonder if this is what you are seeing??
