Inserting NOAAPort products via pqing

We have a NOAAPort from a company that shall remain nameless.  We are having 
trouble with their software and are wondering what it would take to use that 
box and attached FastCom High Speed Sync/ASync card  to pipe data directly into 
LDM with pqing?

Any help or ideas is appreciated.
