After 6 UTC 23 October 2002 to 12 UTC 24 October 2002, the AMRC Web,
McIDAS ADDE servers and other means lacked MRF (GFS) model analyses and
output, due to an accounting error. This has been fixed, data should be
available again with the next run of the model.
