Thanks for all of the information. The NWS is trying to track it now. They see where 777 is, and now need to track it to find out where this is happening. All of your informtion helped a great deal.

They will provide more information as soon as they have it.

We've been having problems with that also.  Seems that the products are
being incorrectly created.  GRIB products are supposed to end with '7777'.
These are ending with '777'.
