TAMU (Texas A&M University) has an LDM high availability/high capacity
cluster to provide the data to allowed downstreams (includinging, I believe
unrestricted .edu and .gov organizations (Donna?). There is a
non-exhaustive Feedtype list available from Unidata (
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/ldm/ldm-current/basics/feedtypes/) but
sometimes, NCEP might drop something into NOTHER (a feedtype) without
telling anyone, and it might eventually make its way formally onto the IDD.
In another feedtype.

Apparently NOTHER is the catch-all for products that don't otherwise have a
home on the IDD but come across NOAAPort, if I'm interpretting things
correctly.
