I'm not seeing any issues with the ingest on our AWS S3 NEXRAD machine.

ldmd.conf:

REQUEST NEXRAD2 ".*" idd.unidata.ucar.edu
REQUEST NEXRAD2 "(.*)" iddb.unidata.ucar.edu

pqact:
CRAFT
^L2-BZIP2/(....)/([0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9][0-1][0-9][0-3][0-9])([0-2][0-9][0-5][0-9][0-9][0-9])/([0-9]*)/[0-9]*/(S|I|E)
PIPE -metadata

CRAFT
^L2-BZIP2/(....)/([0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9])([0-1][0-9])([0-3][0-9])([0-2][0-9][0-5][0-9][0-9][0-9])/[0-9]*/[0-9]*/M/(V[0-9][0-9])
PIPE -close

If you have a particular date/time/site that was problematic I can look at
our logs and what's in the archive.
