[netcdf-java] announce Version 4.1 release candidate 2

Version 4.1 release candidate 2 of the netCDF-Java library is ready to go at 

  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/
under the "Development version 4.1" downloads. This will become the stable release very soon.
There are several subtle bugs that have been fixed that you want, so upgrading is highly recommended.. Version 4.1 requires Java 1.6.
Please report problems, bugs and suggested improvements to netcdf-java@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
