RE: undefined reference using netcdf library

I now understand which one is the netcdf library and therefore successfully
compile using netcdf.

Yair:  Are you telling the linker where to find the library?  For 
example, if the lib is in /usr/local/lib, you need to use
'-L/usr/local/lib -lnetcdf' when linking.
