Howdy all on the netcdfgroup mailing list!

I would like to request that users don't send support requests to
netcdfgroup. Send them to support-netcdf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

I would also like to request that users not CC a support-netcdf support
request to netcdfgroup. Doing so makes it hard for use to respond
without spamming the entire netcdfgroup list. (Or support system does
not let us strip out the CC: in our responses.)
