[netcdfgroup] Where is special modified pnetcdf.h files?

Hello,

I've been testing and installing NetCDF 4.1.1 with hdf5 parallel and 
parallel-netcdf library support.
To enable parallel-netcdf support with NetCDF 4.1.1, many documentation said I 
need some modified pnetcdf.h header file.
But I cannot find the file on the below location.
Where can I get this?
