[netcdfgroup] Trouble compiling netcdf 4.1.3 on Natty Narwhal

Hi,

I ran

$ apt-get install build-dep netcdf

then

$ ./configure --prefix=...
$ make

I get this error from make:
...
tst_h_dimscales4.c: In function ‘main’:
tst_h_dimscales4.c:115:41: error: ‘H5F_LIBVER_18’ undeclared (first
use in this function)
tst_h_dimscales4.c:115:41: note: each undeclared identifier is
reported only once for each function it appears in

This is on a 64 bit platform running Ubuntu 11.04, which comes shipped
with netcdf 4.1.1. Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug with
dimensions with netcdf4 files in 4.1.1.

I'm attaching the config.log file.

Suggestions ?

Thanks,

David
This file contains any messages produced by compilers while
running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.

It was created by netCDF configure 4.1.3, which was
generated by GNU Autoconf 2.68. Invocation command line was

  $ ./configure --prefix=/home/david/Envs/ing
