[netcdfgroup] netcdf-4.0 F90 module compile

Hi,

I have installed netcdf-4.0 on x86_64 GNU/Linux with intel fortran "ifort". log
file of installation shows the installation successful, but the netcdff90.a
file was not created, only netcdff90.la file created. Since I need netcdff90.a
to compile MCIP4.1 of CMAQ model. I am attaching config.log file. Any
suggestions and help are very appreciated.

This file contains any messages produced by compilers while
running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.

It was created by netCDF configure 4.0, which was
generated by GNU Autoconf 2.62. Invocation command line was
