Charlie,

Did you take a look at the work Pedro Vicente posted recently? and my
comments on it? :-)

It sounds like you need something soon, but it would be nice if we could
get a community accepted standard in place.

Of course, given NCO's place in the community, whatever you do will
probably become the standard, but I hope you can give us all a bit of time
to review and comment first.
