[netcdfgroup] State of DAP4 support in libnetcdf

Hi,

we would like to start using groups in our netcdf-files, and distribute
them with DAP4, and read them with C-netcdf library. From the
include-file I see a NC_FORMATX_DAP4 format, but I haven't read anywhere
in the release-notes, that DAP4 actually was added. Can we proceed with
our plans to use groups and DAP4?
