[nws-changes] 200090123: radar outage-Jan 29

Internet2 technicians will perform maintenance on Jan. 29, 2009 between
4 am CST and 5:00 am CST.  GPN members will experience a loss of
connectivity to I2.  The outage will last approximately 10-15 minutes.
