EFFECTIVE MAY 15 2009...THE FOLLOWING FORMAT CHANGES WILL BE
MADE IN THE TROPICAL CYCLONE PUBLIC ADVISORY /TCP/ PRODUCT FOR
EASIER DECODING BY AUTOMATED PROGRAMS:

1.  MODIFICATION OF THE STORM SUMMARY INFORMATION NEAR THE END
OF THE PRODUCT

AN EXAMPLE OF THE OLD FORMAT OR OLD REPEAT SECTION:
