*Details of the Delay:*ESPC did not receive DMSP dataset F-13, rev 72205 from FNMOC (FleetNumerical Meteorological and Oceanographic Center),Monterey, CA. Therefore, SSM/I (Special Sensor Microwave/Image) data isdelayed. FNMOC is investigating the problem.
