*Details/Specifics of Change:* ESPC is not receiving Windsat data from FNMOC (Fleet Numerical Meteorological and Oceanographic Center), Monterey, CA. FNMOC system administrator is investigating the problem. Details will be sent as soon as ESPC receives them.
