[nws-changes] 20091214: GFS model upgrade

Hello All,

The scheduled GFS model upgrade was successfully implemented at 1430Z
today as advertised. Users will see the new output beginning with the 12Z run today. Details on the changes included in this package may be found at 

http://www.weather.gov/os/notification/tin09-32aabgfs_changes.txt


As always, PMB will continue to monitor the affected models.  Please let
