Subject:  Transmission of NCEP HPC 6-Hour Interval
          Quantitative Precipitation Forecasts for Days 4 and 5
          on SBN and AWIPS on November 20, 2012

Effective November 20, 2012, at 1200 Coordinated Universal Time
(UTC), the National Centers for Environmental Predictions (NCEP)
Hydrometeorological Prediction Center (HPC) will add 6-Hour
Interval Quantitative Precipitation Forecasts for Days 4 and 5
to the AWIPS NOAAPort datastream. The addition will use the
following World Meteorological Organization (WMO) headers:
