[thredds] GFS 1 and 2.5 degree model changes

Hiya,

If you do not run an IDD/LDM system with your TDS system then you can ignore this message.

The GFS 1 and 2.5 degree model changes by NCEP on the July 28 caused modifications to be made on the LDM pqact.threddsconduit configuration file.

The problem was that the THREDDS pattern-action file patterns for the CONDUIT 1 deg and 2.5 deg GFS were processing the 1 deg H+183 - H+192 forecasts as if they were 2.5 deg grids. This resulted in only 180 hours in the 1 deg set and 4 1 deg grids in the beginning of the 2.5 deg set.

The new pqact actions are:

# GFS grids Global_onedeg
#
CONDUIT ^data/nccf/com/gfs/prod/gfs\.(........)(..).*pgrbf(..|1..)\.grib2
        FILE

data/pub/native/grid/NCEP/GFS/Global_onedeg/GFS_Global_onedeg_\1_\200.grib2
#
# GFS Global_2p5 grids
#
CONDUIT ^data/nccf/com/gfs/prod/gfs\.(........)(..).*pgrbf([2-9]..)\.grib2
        FILE

data/pub/native/grid/NCEP/GFS/Global_2p5deg/GFS_Global_2p5deg_\1_\200.grib2
#

Remember there is tab between all sections of the pqact entry. If one cuts and pastes then the tabs will need to be inserted again. Also, one should run "ldmadmin pqactcheck" to find any errors.
