Re: [thredds] OLFS and/or BES configuration to obtain a dynamic refresh of existing files ...

I was just addressing the issue of the peculiar dds and trying to guess why
Hydrax and TDS came up with very different structures -- renaming the
dimensions should make the two servers serve a more similar structure.

Updating is a different issue.
