Re: [thredds] Input/output error LOG_INTEGRITY

Hi John,

Here is the PoR aggregation we are using for our GFS3 data...

*snip*

    <dataset name="GFS 003 - Analysis Online PoR Aggregation"
      harvest="true"
      ID="gfsanl3Agg00"
      urlPath="aggs/gfs3anl00">

      <metadata inherited="true" >
        <dataType>Grid</dataType>
        <serviceName>AGG</serviceName>
      </metadata>

      <netcdf xmlns="http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/namespaces/netcdf/ncml-2.2";
        enhance="true" >

        <aggregation dimName="time"
          type="joinExisting"
          recheckEvery="1 day">

          <scan location="/data/gfsanl"
            regExp="gfsanl_3_[0-9]*_[0-9]*_000.grb"
            suffix=".grb"
            dateFormatMark="gfsanl_3_#yyyyMMdd_hhmm"
            subdirs="true"
            olderThan="1 day" />

        </aggregation>

      </netcdf>

    </dataset> <!-- GFS3 - PoR Aggregation (time) -->

*snip*

Here is the link on NOMADS that works on 4.1, but not on our 4.2.9
development instance...

Any ideas on why causes that strange error?

Thanks a _TON_!
