[thredds] Renaming variables under 4.6.2 GRIB FCs

THREDDS:

>From a FAQ:

Q: Can I use NcML inside a GRIB featureCollection?
Not currently, please send us your use cases so we can evaluate
feasibility.

Well, there is one particular pesky variable name with
a ' (apostrophy) character that can wreck havoc on
applications trying to use THREDDS opendap, I would like to get rid of it
by renaming that variable. Is there currently a way?

long_name: Blackadar's mixing length scale @ Hybrid level
units: m
description: Blackadar's mixing length scale
missing_value: NaN
grid_mapping: LambertConformal_Projection
coordinates: reftime3 time3 hybrid y x
Grib_Variable_Id: VAR_7-15-131-226_L109
Grib1_Center: 7
Grib1_Subcenter: 15
Grib1_TableVersion: 131
Grib1_Parameter: 226
Grib1_Parameter_Name: BMIXL
Grib1_Level_Type: 109
Grib1_Level_Desc: Hybrid level

In one of the docs there was a <parameter> element
that was not explained how to use.
Unsure that is even relevant to this.
