G2DIAG

    	G2DIAG allows for detailed GRIB2 message section information, 
    entry-by-entry, to be printed out for selected GRIB2 messages.
    Simply list those GRIB2 sections to be examined (IS, IDS, GDS, PDS,
    DRS, BMS, or ALL for all sections), e.g., pds;gds.  
    Selected GRIB2 messages for examination may also be identified by 
    number in list and/or range format, e.g., 2;4;5-9, immediately
    following the section specification separated by a "|".
    For example, G2DIAG=pds;gds|2;4;6-12 .
