[AWIPS #GQV-154768]: AWIPS2 upgrade errors



I really do want to support CentOS 6.6 and I'm looking into the dependency 
resolution errors.  It's a frustrating problem for me as a developer. 

I take it that at some point you were able to install awips2-server and/or 
awips2-cave without seeing these errors?  Or have you seen them every attempt?
