[AWIPS #YON-385881]: AWIPS 16.2.2 error on MacOS 10.12

The Mac client is built on 10.10, so if there's an incompatibility with 10.12 I 
am unaware of it.   

I'm going to update to Sierra 10.12.1 and build CAVE again, I'll send you a 
Google Drive download link to try then.
