Hi Chris,

I found that it just seems to take awhile for the GEMPAK conversion
for the RUC data. It appeared on my machine about 4 hours after I ordered
the data. I feel that this is due to the fact that it is an older case
and not stored on our primary optical jukebox. Could you please try to
order the data again and see if it works for you. Also do not limit the
time for the data, it only covers two days. This may have been part
of the problem.

Still working on those converters for you.
