I received the case-study that I had ordered on June 15, 2003. =
Unfortunately, I received case study number 39 instead of number 44. I =
would like to ask if I could exchange (i.e. return) the wrong case =
study(number 39) for the correct case study (number 44). I have =
enclosed a copy of the e-mail I received on June 15, 2003 confirming the =
correct order.
