Re: 20050103: Problem with 18Z GFS 1 degree GRIB files via Conduit



Jerry,

The data are delivered via LDM as soom as they are made
available to the LDM. Certainly, now with the added .5 degree
notifications to be queued, the queueing time for
the AFS server within NWS (not related to the LDM) is increased 
at the source end. 

Now that the holiday period is completed, NWS can make system
configuration changes that are not possible under the holiday
staffing/system situations, so we will see if my proposed changes
will make a difference.
