Re: NCEP ensemble data

Doug,

WOC migrated to a new 64bit system. gribinsert had been remade, but I didn't realize it needed new tables, which Steve Chiswell just provided.

I apologize for the problems lately, it's been a bad week and it's only Tuesday.

Hello,

There seems to be a problem with the incoming CONDUIT NCEP ensemble data.

This is also true of the TIGGE data stream.

It appears to have occurred from 2006111312 to the present.
