NOAA-12 and NOAA-14 AVHRR Real-time data McIDAS format change

Users of NOAA-12 and NOAA-14 AVHRR data,
All users accessing real-time NOAA-12 and NOAA-14 data **MUST** be
running at least McIDAS 7.402 by March 15, 1999. On this date the
format of the McIDAS calibration type and calibration block will be
changed to type "AVHR" (currently it is "TIRO" for NOAA-12 and NOAA-14)
NOAA-15 AVHRR data is already being sent with "AVHR" calibration type.
This new calibration type will not affect current calibration results,
this change only affects the way the calibration was stored in the
McIDAS AREA.
