Missing Antarctic composites

Just as a note to everyone, we are missing the 18 UTC image from yesterday
July 12, 1999, and the 12 UTC image from today July 13, 1999.
We apologize for any problems this as caused.

As an additional note, the 15 UTC composite is also missing from today
July 13, 1999.
