NIDS problems!

Hi Tom:
We are having problems changing NIDS sites...We can access the WSI website
at:
www.uni.wsicorp.com/tier_svcs/chng_svc_login.html
but upon submiting the three new NIDS locations, the browser spits back a
"session timeout" error.
Any idea what's the problem?
