This is probably my fault.  I sent the notification directly to Chad
on the 25th.  I sent the note to Chad since it was always he that I
went through in the past.

I should have sent this to the Data Center email address and not Chad;
my fault.

Sorry for my brisk reply yesterday, I was half out the door when I saw
this.  For operational stuff it is best to contact the data center.
WHen things are actually not working a phone call (262-0502) would be
best and get the quickest action.  Sometimes the LDM mailbox doesn't
get checked for an hour or so.

It is our goal to provide the best service possible within our
limitations (staffing, money etc) So please be sure to let us know when
you see problems.
