The following message ws received from Steve Arnett of the Satellite
Analysis Brance of NOAA/NESDIS:
The Reference Longitude for GOES-10 will be changed on Friday, February 11,
2000 to 135.35W at approximately
2145 UTC. Scan operations should not be impacted, but a one time shift in
navigation may be noted.
