Chiz,
    I can only assume that this might have 
occured when the Y2K changes were made
to the code - perhaps memory is not
being properly allocated and these fields
are getting clobbered.

Rather than spending mucho time trying to
diagnose exactly where the problem lies,
I propose we just switch back to using
a two digit year again. If that does
solve it we can try and track down
the problem if you like (and are willing to help).

People were advised to match either a 2 or 4 digit
year in the product header so this should not
cause any real problem.

What do you think?
