Loss of Gilmore Relay POES passes

Due to reasons yet unknown, SSEC did not process any of the Gilmore POES
relay passes (dataset GILMORE) for today (068), between 0705UTC and
1510UTC. Data appears to be filing again as of 1514UTC.
