Power Outage at SSEC 8/26/2001 (2001238)

Due to a power outage at SSEC, the Data Center was unable to ingest or
serve data starting at 14:25 UTC Day 2001238.  The outage lasted
approximately 80 minutes.  (some systems became available slightly
sooner)

All systems are now back up, and functioning nominally.
