20020217: thelma failure

When I logged onto laraine at 10:15 or so this morning (Sunday), I
noticed a thelma failure email. Even though I could ping thelma, I
could not ldmping it (hence the email) nor rlogin to it as root from
laraine.

I called the operator in the main machine room up at the mesa (x1200)
and had her try to logon to thelma's console - no go. Given this,
I had her reboot thelma with a power cycle.

As I write this, thelma is back up and the LDM is running _presumably_
with a newly made queue (given the contents of /etc/inet.d/ldmd).
'ldmadmin watch' on thelma shows lots of products being received and a
grep for topo in ldmd.log shows several machines connected. The load
average which spiked to 10 is finally settling back down; it is varying
between 1.6 and 3.8.
