Excellent.  Hopefully, it was only the first image that I looked at that
had a lot of dropouts.

Ah yes.  I was involved in the PEP (Precipitation Enhancement Project)
in Spain in 1980-1981.

The reason I am replying to this note is to get the rain dance trailer
into the tracking system!
