20040115: Unidata-Wisconsin data stream image sectors (cont.)

I am ingesting data here in the exhibit hall and am getting images twice
per hour:

So, the GOES-10 sectors are for 16:30 and 17:00, and the GOES-12
sectors are from 16:15 and 16:45.  I do see a glitch here.  The 13.3 um
image is for 0445 instead of 1645.  I will look into this as I get the
chance.
