20040212: ADDE access to global composite imagery

Hi Jerry,

Some time ago you showed me a composite, global coverage image that was
in development.  As I recall, you were excited about the image since
the various elements from each satellite were as up to date as
possible.  You also mentioned that you thought that we could get access
to this image after the development was finished.

Do you remember what I am talking about?  Can you let me know the
access status to this image?
